Clive Gilham

I am a chartered accountant (trained and qualified with a Big Four firm in London) with over 25 years in industry and commerce. I have led corporate flotations and fund-raisings on both the full Stock Exchange and on AIM and assisted smaller firms with acquisitions, disposals and bank re-financings.

I have acted as finance director, company secretary and chief executive of several different public and private companies but I most enjoy working with enthusiastic and passionate directors looking to grow.
